Terms of use
Last updated September 16, 2026.
These terms describe use of the Vecole website and educator authoring service. Contact contact@vecole.com for the legal provider details and any agreement governing your account. A separately agreed institutional or commercial agreement controls where it conflicts with these general terms.
Access by arrangement
Studio access is provided through our team to educators and authorized adult staff. Contact us before using the service on behalf of an institution. Keep account credentials private, use only accounts and Google classes you are authorized to access, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. There is no public self-service signup or checkout on this website.
Review before use
AI-generated assessments can contain errors, omissions, biased wording, incorrect answers, or misalignment with a standard. Automated checks do not guarantee correctness or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing questions, keys, diagrams, accessibility, curriculum fit, and scoring before sharing an assessment or using it to evaluate students.
Content and acceptable use
Submit only material you have the right to use. By submitting content, you authorize the processing needed to provide the requested authoring, storage, export, and integration features, as described in our privacy policy. Do not upload student personal information, credentials, unlawful material, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or misuse another person's account.
We do not promise that generated material is unique or eligible for copyright protection. Your rights in material you supply are not transferred merely by using the service. Review third-party standards and source-material licensing before redistribution.
Google and other integrations
Third-party services have their own terms, permissions, limits, and availability. You control whether to connect Google, create a quiz, or post an assignment. Review responder access, answer visibility, and grade-release settings in Google Forms. A Forms quiz is a separate copy; edits do not automatically synchronize with Vecole, and scores are not automatically imported into Classroom.
State-specific standards support is arranged on demand; coverage, setup, and any commercial commitments must be confirmed for your account. Direct Canvas integration remains planned, not currently available or tied to a committed release date. QTI compatibility depends on the receiving platform and question type.
Pricing and availability
Any paid access, usage allowance, renewal, cancellation, refund, or service commitment must be confirmed in your applicable offer or agreement. This website does not establish an unlimited plan, guaranteed uptime, or a fixed price. Do not make procurement decisions based only on roadmap statements.
Account closure and concerns
Contact us to request account closure or report misuse. Access may need to be limited to protect users or address unauthorized use, subject to any applicable agreement and law. Data deletion is handled separately as described in the privacy policy; closing Vecole access does not delete copies you created in Google or downloaded.
Questions
